today i received my letter from the university of washington letting me know i was accepted into the program appiled to. i cannot tell you how excited i am. i got in!!!!!! that degree from u. c. berkeley finally came in handy lol!!!! i am in the program and i start october 1.

i don't even have a care in the world to being middlea ged and doing this. it's a fresh beginning for me and i am happy. happy. happy.

I used to work as a paralegal myself, and I enjoyed it. One of our paralegals did end up going to law school, and she wasn't much younger than I am. It's never too late to fulfill a dream! But being a paralegal is a pretty good dream, too. Either way, hope it all works out for you.

Mari, Thanks for the reply! The U is so competitive, I can't imagine I would get in unless I made a very high score on the LSAT. My GPA was 3.1 from college. I fnished in

I never thought I'd consider law, but it seems the natural direction for me now!
